New York's AVAN LAVA Announce New Tour Dates

Indie pop band AVAN LAVA has built up a cult-following for their over the top live shows that are truly one of a kind. Inspired by bands such as Daft Punk, Robyn, Usher and Madonna, AVAN LAVA is comprised of producer/drummer Ian Pai, producer/keyboard/guitar Le Chev, and lead singer TC Hennes."We know our fans come to dance and lose themselves for a night, so we do everything we can to get them to that point. We've built a custom light show, choreographed big dance breaks, wear matching outfits that always change show-to-show. Even when we were playing 100 cap rooms, we were hiring dancers and shooting confetti canons into the crowd -- we want every show to be the best night of your life," frontman TC Hennes told Paper Magazine.The bands first EP Vapors received critical acclaim, prompting The Village Voice to call the band “lush, sparkling”. In 2012 Flex Fantasy EP prompted sold out shows in New York City and a US tour with band Little Boots. Noisey raves, "You need these guys in your life!"The Flex Fantasy excitement saw the release of 3 videos and a colaboration with world-renowned photographers Inez & Vinoodh to compose music for several of the duo's fashion campaign films. Past musical collaborations have been with Ssion, Fischerspooner, Cat Power (live programming), Lemonade, Frankie Rose (producer).
