Jubilee Riots Are Back with "Penny Black"

Jubilee Riots is a back to basics band with a lot of heart. Getting their career start as Enter the Haggis, the band have a new name alongside a new record, "Penny Black,"(out 11/4). Jubilee Riots delivers the goods on the new record with the help of over 500 fans whose letters' were their inspiration. Having been aware of ETH prior, giving their older records quite a few spins, I would say that "Penny Black," is their most accessible album to date.
